How Do I Place An Order?

Most items are made to order and are shipped within 3 days of purchase. If you have questions or would like some kind of customization please contact me prior to purchasing.

Payment and Shipping

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation. Shipping is generally by UPS or US Priority mail.i9uiu

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know right away!
You will have 15 days to return your item that is in perfect condition for a full refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
After 15 days, only exchanges will be accepted.

Jewelry Care

Storing your jewelry in a container that prevents scratches and tarnish will go a long way to keeping your pieces looking it's best. Storing each item separately is advised to avoid damage. To maintain the luster of your jewelry, place silver anti-tarnish strips in your storage container to absorb the oxidants that discolor and tarnish jewelry.

Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes and lotion may contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry. Putting jewelry on after applying these materials will limit exposure to your jewelry and any potential damage.

Chlorine in water can react with jewelry causing color changes in metals and stones and even structural damage. Please remove jewelry before entering the pool or spa.
