All items are made to order. Most orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. If you have questions or would like some kind of customization please contact me prior to purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know right away!
You will have 15 days to return your item that is in perfect condition for a full refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded
After 15 days, only exchanges will be accepted.

 

Jewelry Care

Storing your jewelry in a container that prevents scratches and tarnish will go a long way to keeping your pieces looking it's best. Storing each item separately is advised to avoid damage. To maintain the luster of your jewelry, place silver anti-tarnish strips in your storage container to absorb the oxidants that discolor and tarnish jewelry.

Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes and lotion may contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry. Putting jewelry on after applying these materials will limit exposure to your jewelry and any potential damage.

Chlorine in water can react with jewelry causing color changes in metals and stones and even structural damage. Please remove jewelry before entering the pool or spa.

Leather Care

Careful application of waterproof spray can protect your leather goods.

I use cowhide, and calf skin for most bags. Leather is a natural product and some leather pieces will show stretch marks, scarring, and slight variation in grain.

Calf skin is smooth grained and glossy. This leather will become more flexible over time and feel even softer. This is a pull up, aniline dyed leather. All calf skin is bonded with a suede lining. This gives the leather an additional thickness and sturdiness.

Cow hide is generally thicker and maintains its rigidity longer while maintaining flexibility. The leathers I use generally have more of a grain or texture, Expect natural characteristics such as healed scars.
